i bought samsung F** mobile. the phone was defective and have network issue. i wrote several mails to samsung, visited service center five times. but no responce, even write mails to service head and ceo also. but this co. has no concern for customers.
i want replacement of this defective phone.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
