I had ordered monin syrup from Amazon on **th June which was to be delivered by **th June but the package delivered was damaged because of which I hurt myself as it was glass packaging.
I contacted Amazon customer care and shared them the details of the damaged product and my injury and asked them to solve the issue for which the agent mentioned that he is creating a replacement order and I can throw away the damaged product.
To my surprise when the replacement order was to be delivered the delivery guy asked me for the damaged product which was clearly not with me so he took back the replacement order.
I tried contacting Amazon support, escalation desk, managers desk but not seem to be interested in resolving the issue. After repeated follow ups and after ** days the product was not delivered, refund was issued and multiple wrong information was given to me.
One particular employee from the managers desk going by the name Sneha who intentionally tried to brush of this issue as not so serious and humiliating me when I asked for a compensation. She mentioned that a compensation of only ***rs can be provided.
I would seek help in escalating against Sneha, Amazon, employee who created the wrong return request, delivery agent and all other people in Amazon who knew of the issue but failed to act on it.
I also demand a compensation of **,***/- rupees for causing injury to me and keeping my money for ** days with no protocol/info available on Amazon website.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
