Asus - Defective mobile phone delivered

I have ordered an Asus mobile phone on an online shopping portal flipkart dated **/*/****, when i received the product I found it as defective phone with some hardware problem, same has been informed to Asus customer service center with in a week a complaint has been registered. After that they asked me to submit the phone in the service center for resolving the issue, they done the flashing of phone and asked me to use for some days and observe if the problem resolved, but the issue did not resolve. Again I in informed to Asus team about the issue then they replaced the phone display and kept for observation still the issue did not resolve. Finally they said I need to submit the phone to Bangalore Asus team for permanent resolution, the phone was with Bangalore team for around a month they replaced some hardware parts and kept for their observation, but issue did not resolve. Since date of purchase again and again they are asking me to submit for repair. When asked them for replacement of phone every time they tell that if issue not resolve through repair they will replace it, but every time they are failing to fix the issue not ready to replace it again they are asking me to submit for repair. From the date of purchase * times submitted for repair but still issue not resolved.
