I have purchased a Dell inspiron ****/**** model laptop. But since the first month of purchase there have been issues in this laptop one after another. I have raised service requests many times since then for different issues. they just offer instructions on WhatsApp and the issues just keep on increasing. I have * other laptops of dell but never faced such issues. this is extremely disappointing and frustrating. after months of working with the technical team on WhatsApp for software they now say its a hardware issue. infact the owner of the store from where this laptop was purchased has reinstalled windows operating system and it still doesn't work. The dell team is not ready to talk on call and fix the issue and the service required is not being provided. the problem is increasing day by day and no solution is provided from the dell support. they are escaping from their responsibilities and now saying this is a hardware issue and they cant help with it.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
