I purchased a Dell Inspirion **** from the Dell Official store on ** September ****. When i went home, i realized a key was wobbly, so i took the laptop back to the store, possibly asking for a repair or replacement. They straight out said they can't fix it as the whole keyboard will need to be changed and refused to offer me a return or a replacement and told me to contact Dell Customer Support. So I did, and *-* days later * engineers came in to inspect and then left, fast forward * days and they sent another engineer who opened up my brand new ~**k laptop limb to limb to change the keyboard, i was like ok, as long as it works fine. NOPE. This incompetent "service engineer", broke the battery pin, so now the laptop won't turn on, WOW. then this engineer told me to put another request to replace the battery after further damaging my brand new device. I was so frustrated by the incompetence and irresponsibility. So again * days later another engineer comes in to replace the battery, he did, and when the laptop powers up, he tells me the touchpad is not working too, so apparently the last service engineer not only messed up the battery but the touchpad too. Greattt. Now the touchpad is dancing and locking and there is so much overheating now. I'm so tired of this garbage device and Dell's trash services. And all this mess happening on a brand new device just ** days from purchase, which Dell and the "official store" refuses to replace/refund. Just a horrible, horrible experience. I am just simply fed up by Dell and their irresponsible, garbage service. They refuse to offer me a refund or a replacement and I'm regretting spending so much of my hard earned money on a trash Dell product. Worst company and services.
