I had ordered a eyebrow trimmer through Nykaa inspite of the same product being available on the other shopping apps for */*th of the price. I still bought it through Nykaa thinking its the best quality stuff I'm buying however after buying the trimmer stopped working in less then one minute and later when I checked other apps are providing replacement and Nykaa is just not willing to take the onus of this. Guys please don't buy from Nykaa as they are only publishing products in a more attractive manner and selling all products with a very very high profit margins.. kindly take this up !!
