Mamta Hate filed complaint against Dell on May 22, 2018
Highly disappointed and unsatisfied with Dell services. I purchased a Dell Inspiron **** in the month of July ****, within a month of purchase my system broke down I was suggested to get the hard disk replaced by the customer care after the hard disk was replaced, within * weeks the new disk broke down and I lost all of my data, the customer care still forced me to get the hard disk changed one more time without checking for any other hardware issues. Within another months time, the laptop still faced issues it kept shutting down and freezing after which I decided to visit the service center where they reset the laptop and changed the RAM this time. After **days I kept facing issues with the laptop and I was forced to change the motherboard this time which again was not enough as I started facing issues with the memory card slot that was replaced as well and the replaced card slot also seemed to not work so within * days a new card slot was fitted into the laptop. A month after this, I started facing heating issues and the customer care ran their set of tests and no matter how heated the system was it kept showing no problems and low-temperature readings in the tests done, I was asked to yet again format and reinstall the OS. I have been facing performance issues on my laptop as simple text file won't work for the past * months, the customer care does their set of tests and nothing seems to be working out with the laptop and they keep blaming windows updates every time as the root of the problem. Its been almost a year and I have only been talking to the Dell customer care with no proper help and assistance the issues I face are still not resolved, I've had the worst experience with this laptop it has been a complete waste of my money and the time I spent in troubleshooting the issues. Dell does not value their customers and their products are not worth what we spend. I spent ₹**,*** with no product satisfaction and their customer service is terrible, they force customers to keep changing laptop parts and even after multiple such attempts if the product does not work they claim it is not their fault and the customers should deal with it.
