Anikethan filed complaint against PURE EV on Feb 1, 2023
The Vehicle battery had issues. The vehicle is under warranty. After the checks, the service manager informed that battery has voltage drop issues and need to be sent to Pure EV factory for repair/replacement. It was handed over to him in the *st week of January.
After that I have not received any updates nor resolution from the Company or the Service center in Bangalore (Nugen Dealership). When asked the proprieter (Mohan Raju) - he spoke to me rudely as if I was at fault. He asked me to escalate directly with the company. I have raised tickets through their custoemer support (D**** and D****) and written them mails. There is no response from this company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
