Culture circle - Defective and copy product received

I ordered a New balance ****r from culture circle and they sent a defective and copy product.
The box is of jordan and the shoe is new balance and alos the shoe is without tag and any bill. Also the new balance logo is comijg out
When i raised it to their customer support with the video and all the evidence they are telling you should hae recorded the open box,we have told you in the order placed mail, but their mails are going to junk the only mail i received is of the order delivered in my inbox

Now they are telling the crease that is coming on the shoe is natural it comes with time
