I've purchased symphony air cooler touch *** on **/**/** from reliance digital, Vijayawada for **,***/-. It is delivered next day with defective blades and I've complained with reliance digital, Vijayawada but they were reckless and asked me to contact symphony customer care. Symphony customer care didn't respond in courteous manner, I've been running from pillar to post till date. Symphony has sent very un professional repair man and couldn't repair the defective cooler, I had to pass very hot summer in perpetual waiting and mental agony. Over and above this cooler water level detection sensors became defective, subsequently I had under go same unfruitful business of contacting symphony customer care but till date defective item neither repaired nor replaced.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
