SHUBHAM RAJ filed complaint against Amazon on May 29, 2024
Voltas *.* ton * Star, Inverter Split AC (Copper, *-in-* Adjustable Mode, Anti-dust Filter, **** Model, ***V Vectra CAR, White) got delivered on *th May,****, and final and proper installation was done on **th May after chasing customer support a lot. But A.C stopped working on **th May after which I contacted the assigned technician they informed Amazon delivered defective product. Then I request for return of product from Amazon to which they raised the return request but have put lot of condition like I should get the product uninstalled from my end i.e from local vendor and that too make sure that no dent or damage happens to product. I skeptical that this is the strategy of Amazon to deny return by giving simple excuses. My request is simple that please get the product uninstalled from Amazon end itself so that I should not be held responsible for any further damages.
