I order poco x* pro *g phone on ** January **** and today is * march ****. I raise * times request to flipkart regarding refund and replacement but they rejected my request every times. I contacted them *** times to resolve my problem but they said every time that we will resolve soon your problem but they didn't. I give me promise date multiple times but none of them date implemented. I'm mentally and financially distrust too much as I'm student i did purchase this phone for my board exam that are going to be held in march but flipkart ruined not only my exam but also give me tension in between my exam
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
