respected sir/madam,
i have bought two wheeler vehicle of tvs (model – tvs sports duralife bsiv ks swl bk+sil) from tvs seller m/s. satman auto arya nagar, jawalapur haridwar uttarakhand on dtd. **/**/****.
the manufacturing defected (defect- suddenly stop of engine during working & instant discharging of battery) vehicle sold by tvs-seller to us. i have registered complaint to tvs-seller vide complaint no. ****tw******* dtd. **/**/**** and defect of same not resolved by seller then further complaint registered to tvs motor company limited vide complaint no. ***** dtd. **/**/****. the service engineer of tvs attend but not resolved the defect of same. now they have not properly response and entertain the manufacturing defect of same.
you are requested kindly take necessary action for the same.
