TVS - TVS Moto Refund Request

Hi ,
On January **th, I purchased a TVS Jupiter ***cc scooter and paid for the **** model. However, I was delivered a **** model. I discovered this discrepancy during registration and immediately contacted your sales manager, who did not respond. I then lodged a complaint with customer support.
Following my complaint, the vehicle was replaced on February *th and the odometer was changed. Since then, despite calling daily and following up for over ** days, the registration for the replaced vehicle has still not been initiated. I have made more than ** calls to the dealer and sales manager, yet the issue remains unresolved.
This level of service is unacceptable. If registration itself is handled with such negligence, I cannot trust your dealership to provide proper support for any future issues. I therefore request a full refund of the amount paid. Continuing with this dealership is a waste of time and money, and I do not wish to proceed further.
I expect an immediate resolution.
