Fridge was bought on *nd Feb **** from Vijay Sales. Issue started with no cooling. Whirlpool executive visited and changed motor although we had asked them to replace the refrigerator, they did not agree. After that * times Executive visited us for same issues, and he suggested us to purchase a stabilizer(which was never told at time of purchasing fridge). Finally we purchased Stabilizer in April **** and still fridge has NO COOLING and we are keeping milk in Freezer. Such a big loss to us. I need either refund or replacement.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
