During *st Service of our Tata Tiago, I have noticed that if we view through a bottom portion (approx. ** - ** mm from the bottom of dotted sticker) the front windshield has a refraction view. This is causing more problem whenever I see over this viewing angle to observe the potholes on the road. This issue is forcing me to develop a tendency to avoid that particular viewing angle which can cause the accident and jump over potholes abruptly.
I have escalated this issue with TATA Motors service engineer *-* and also over email but there is no reply nor satisfactory response from them.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
