I have purchased one iPhone *s with order I'd.******** from quikr certified phonesfor *****/- but it turned out to be a faulty so I complaint against it to customer care within *days of the delivery as they promised *days replacement policy. So they asked me to make a video and to send it to their email with an application and promised a response within *days but they have not contacted me from * days. This company enjoys a great reputation in the market so I request them to refund my money as I bought a new one.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, and want my money to be refunded.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
