I bought a laptop from yamunanagar retailer ( web studio), when I open it at home it was an default piece ( battery issue). I filed a complaint for replacement of that product but it's been more than *.* mnth.. There is no progress in a process.
I am very disappointed and will also review very ridiculous behavior of your team... No actions has been taken till now.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
