I booked my ticket online by IRCTC app in Tatkal quota on **sep' ****. At first when I was trying to pay the amount, the transaction failed. So, I again booked the ticket and this time the payment was successful. I got the confirmation on my email id that my ticket has been booked and I got only * mail regarding my ticket booking, no other mail. Today, when I have checked the mini statement of my account, and I got to know that the amount has been deducted twice. What for?
When it was clearly stating that the
transaction has been failed then why this twice deduction of the amount? Kindly look into the matter.
