Flipkart Online Shopping - Deducted money not transferred back by flipkart online shopping

On **th of January **** around *.**pm I ordered mi note*pro rose gold mobile phone worth rupees ***** through flipkart website via my credit card ..the requisite amount got deducted from my account but without making my order confirmed..I contacted flipkart customer care but they told me we haven't received any such payment then I contacted my bank (icici)they told me the amount has been transferred successfully on **thjan ..and I again contacted flippkart customer care service they told me to wait for **days...now it has been **days but I didn't got my deducted amount back yet...what's my fault in all this mess..neither bank not flipkart is transferring my money back...please help me out..as it has been a pathetic fraudulent activity done towards me...I am attaching the bank transaction details with it
