Dinesha Subrahmanya S filed complaint against Travolook on May 25, 2021
I booked three tickets from Mangalore to Delhi through Travolook in Spice jet flight as below:

Immediately after few minutes of booking, in every case, I got phone call from Travolook that the ticket was not booked due to fare expiration(and received mail as well) and the entire amount would be returned within **-** working days.
On **/**/**** I have received **% of the second and third tickets. Then after till date I have not received any money from them. Every time they keep on saying, please wait *-* working days and the amount would come to my Yes bank credit card account. But till now it has not come.
They are not replying to my mails.
I am demanding **% extra compensation for the mental agony they have given to me for these many days.
