Goibibo - Deducted cancellation charges for flight cancelled period

I have booked my flight ticket from goibibo with PNR : J*JH*P my travel date April *th **** . As everyone aware that flights got cancelled due to Covid-** the travels should get their ticket fare as a full refund.

I booked flight ticket at a cost of ****//-(image attached). As per the govt rule this amount should be refunded to my account, and also got confirmation from spice-jet for full refund, but Goibibo have created as a credit shell. When I verify the balance in Credit shell it displayed as Just ***/- I was shocked after seeing that.
