Hello team,
This is Anushka’s parent , who have been interested on byjus once and getting so much of depressed right now. I have took Byjus course for my daughter last year for Rs.**,*** for * years course. Procedure , I made was initial payment of Rs.**,*** with remaining amount converted in to loan ( using Aadhar, lD proof). After facing finance issues, I came to byjus and requested for cancellation and after many attempts they have cancelled (within ** days). They asked to send us all the tablets , books to office and we did. Even Ibyjus have credited the initial amount what we have paid to them. But after returning back the amount still we have been debited Rs.*** per month from our credit card, I don’t know I have been debuting monthly monthly amount till now without using none of the byjus products. May I know why this scam is going on with your company ?
Iam totally fed up of calling your company again and again, also not ready to pay any amount from our end without using your materials . Please solve this issue immediately.
