BYJU’S representative Ritvick Pahwa visited my house on **.**.**. He processed the registration and get forms signed by me stating that it was registration formality. In our meeting he insists me, sir, if you purchase now immediately (For Grade *th to Grade **th ) then I will give you a better discount. I said no problem I don’t want discount but I will purchase after few days, but he continuously forced and told sir actually if u will feel not good with this product you can cancel ant any time he gave me the example if u will cancel after two months we will refund the amount which will be deducted apart from **** rs which is cancellation charges he told me many times If you want to discontinue us no problem we will do refund and return your money and if you any doubt call me anytime. Accordingly, we have ordered the Byjus Tablet learning program (order no *********) on **.**.** and we are received in our hand on **.**.**. After using this I am not satisfied so I request to ritvick pahwa for return because my daughter is not taking interest in that tablet then he again forced us give me *-* days i will provide a mentor to understand that pattern again please you kept Byjus Once again if you did not like Byjus and you want to return then we will do it. after some days again i requested for cancel that again now he said to me give me * to * working days for cancellation process and then i got a call from byjus customer care a madam said we have got a cancellation request from your side i said yes the she replied u r out of the policy term we have ** days policy i said who told me that your executive always told me u can cancel any time then i realized ritvick pahwa did a fraud with me , he has done lot of fake promises with me even with my emi amount which is different from what he told after that i called him many times for that what he did with me he always didn't pick my call on normal call he called me on whatsapp bacause of call recordings are not on wtsapp call always said there is some issue in network thats why i'm calling u on wtsapp after that i called many senior peoples regarding this issue but they also supported him on false promises. as i was not aware of ** days policy but still i gave a screen shot of that call details which i called him on his number within ** days for cancellation .they are understating all that after one and half month later playing email to email regarding my concern they refused to give me my money back as our policy i is only for ** days but how can i know your ** days policy while your employee did all fake promises with me. they are not listening my request now.. my given amount to byjus is ***** threw credit card with emi's **.**.**, Kindly look in to this matter and refund my money Byju's.
