byjus tablet - Cancellation and refund

Regarding cancellation of byjus learning Kit




Dear madam,

I had purchased byjus learning kit on */*/** with commitment that if we dont like that we can go for cancellation within ** days of delivery.And we received the kit on **/*/**.But we are not satisfied with your tab and also my daughter is not taking interest in it and she also going to regular tuition classes.I already updated the same to your executive and support team.I cancelled the kit on **/*/** and asked for refund.They said that my cancellation is in progress and would get a call from byjus manager.But still I have not received the call or msg from them.I want to make sure that my product is cancelled and I want my money refund as soon as possible .

Kindly do the needful.
