Licious - Debited wallet amount

I've placed an order for Mutton and they sent bad product, customer team obliged and refunded the money. Now when I wanted to use the money they put a ceiling of ***/order and it expired in under * weeks. If I had been informed of the expiry I'd have requested the money to my bank account and not licious wallet. Licious argue that the amount is from an offer and cash back, to contrary of their own policy of ***/order, also I've sent them proof of debit from my own account. Licious argues and confuses with their Cash and Cash + wallet tags and refuses to transfer the money. Also they need to change this policy of stealing customers cash.
