Licious - Non deliver of products by licious

Gopal filed complaint against Licious on Jun 13, 2021

I placed order for delivery of chicken with licious by paying prescribed payment . After * hour of placing orders I got a message stating that they couldn't able to deliver the order and payment will be made after * days. I think they are not professional in executing the orders . When they are incompetent they should return the amount immediately, why they require more than * days.
