Licious - Order not delivered to me

I ordered food from licious which has not been delivered to me and even after I complained to them they're only fooling their customers with auto-response. My order has been marked as delivered without delivering it. The person I sent to collect the order did not find the delivery partner. I told them to ask their delivery partner what he did with my order. They are not even answering my question. Without resolving my issue and refunding me my money which I paid for the order they closed my complaint and asking me for my feedback.
