Dear sir / Madam I have reached a lot of time for file a complaint but no use I facing a problem till * year but no response and till now executive dint assist me don't know why. But yesterday also my amount was debited worth of Rs *** and Rs *** gst. Why it is happening I don't know. And my account is salary account. Suggest me how to file a case in Court. Axis bank employee is not willing to hand over my cheque book. Their intention is to harras customers. My cheque book is already delivered to my branch but they are not providing the same.
