Hdfc Life Insurance - Death Claim was rejected

My father had * HDFC Life Polices, out of which only we managed to Death claim on one policy and other was rejected due to it was only *.* years old. They provided the reason as 'False information of occupation was mentioned' during the policy was generated. We want the other death claim also to get settled.
