I ordered two smart bands from the company zookr by paying through paytm
But they sent me one band which was dead product and one product with dead charger , I talked with customer care they firstly refuse to return and change the product but I continue my mails to them with product video and photos then they said ok to me and I returned the product but they are saying only one product will be exchanged and they picked up that one band but not sending the product to me and not responding. I have all mails regarding this case.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
