Zookr.in - Dead, Broken item delivered with different brand charger and rusted cable.

I was lured in by the title one plus *t refurbished for **,*** inr so I ordered one, after a week I was delivered (* oct **** BY * pm) with a dead phone with a micromax charger and rusted charging cable since then I'm trying to reach them by calls (****-*******) and emails (orders@zookr.in and help@zookr.in) they won't bother to reply to emails and there is a mandatory hold time of * mins before the ring and its not guaranteed that they will answer the call most times that * mins wait will go in vain even if they attend the call by the time you make them understand the issue the call will automatically get disconnected and they won't pick up again for the day. to make it worse they have a * day window for returns, with a customer care team like this they expect to initiate return in two days and there is no return order option on the website and there are **** of complaints about them in other forums about them but they sill operate freely please do the needful to get my money back
