Balvinder Kaur Sachdeva filed complaint against Upstox on Feb 10, 2022
On **th January **** suddenly Upstox suspended/deactivated my trading accounts and freezed my demat account for debit without giving any intimaion/notice.
On enquiry, upstox customer care informed me that I have to submit my KYC form and supporting documents again.
I informed upstox that my KYC is already registered in NMDL and theree is entry in CVL Kra also. Moreover my KYC is also registered with CKYC, So upstox may verify my KYC from the above agencies.
On insistence from upstox I submitted physical forms for re-KYC, but on some pretext or the other they are not accepting my KYC.
Due to this I am unable to trade in my account. I am suffering heavy losses day by day.
Please advise me and help me.
