Upstox - date of birth change problem not changed after send correct form by courier

sir i send the form for change of my date of birth by courie * days .i had couriered the form by filling it correctly...but now my form rejected why sir pls ..i request you change my date of birth sir ...i filled the correct form by asking the customer care ...sir it is always difficult to get courier.
