Keshav Mishra filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 7, 2022
This is to inform you that i have ordered a Neckbank from Myntra, which turned out to be defective. The moment i received the product, i called the customer care and shared all the necessary images of the product along with the bar code. The executive named Sameer from Myntra assured me that the product will get returned, but till date there is no support.
I want to loadge a formal complaint against myntra for delivering a defective/used product.
For me, being a middle class, *** rupees is a huge amount of money. I urge you to look into this matter as i have been following up since long time
