On November **, ****, I availed a Car Interior Spa service (Order ID: *****************) at the Mysore, Karnataka location of Targetone Innovations Pvt. Ltd. (dba ‘GoMechanic’) for my Toyota Yaris (registration number MH**QY****).
When I received the car back, I instantly noticed that the cleaning and spa work was not done properly, and I immediately pointed this out to the person who had come to deliver the car. I also asked him to take a few pictures and share with the team which he did.
Later when I had a detailed look inside the car, I found that the car was even more dirty than how it was when I handed it over. There were fresh stains both on the carpet floor and on seats. On top of that, there was almost one-inch deep column of water in the rear section! I understand that there will be some amount of wetness after a spa but this obviously extremely careless and shabby work. The floor carpet of the car now has permanent stain marks and wears a worn-out look as a result of the carelessness and damage caused from the interior spa work done by GoMechanic.
I shared pictures and videos to the escalation manager and on the chat window of your application I have also reached out to GoMechanic via email multiple times at the following email IDs - info@gomechanic.in, info@gomechanic.com, legal@gomechanic.in, and legal@gomechanic.com – but I did not even receive an acknowledgement of my complaint, let alone a response.
I demand compensation of Rs. **,*** for the damage, soiling of the car and for the bother caused.
