Bought a sofa from Flipkart and it got delivered after one month. When the delivery people unpacked it in front of me, we found a tear at the back of sofa for which they suggested to call customer care and get it replaced. From then, I have been following up with them. Seller says he is not responsible for this and finally even Flipkart is telling the same story. Even the technician visit didn't happen after * months of purchase. Please advise.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
