DTDC - Damaged Shipment

I was in need to shift my LG Microwave Oven (Model No. MC*B**SL, SL no.***NMBF*******) from Jharsuguda (Odisha) to Jaipur (Rajasthan). On **th Jul**, I approached to a nearest DTDC, Sai Multi Link, to get my microwave oven packed and couriered to Jaipur. I was to board a train to Jaipur, so could not check the packing. When I received the packaged on *th Aug **, it was completely damaged, shattered, and unusable. I took photographs after unboxing. I immediately contacted customer care DTDC for further support. However, they refuted any negligence on their side and said it was delivered as received, to which I completely I disagree. I seek refund of their service and product value.
