Flipkart - Damaged product received

I have ordered a * seater (*+*+*) sofa on **th may and paid around Rs.***** and they gave me a date of **th June for delivery but sofa deliver to me on **th June. When I opened it, the solid base (wooden) was not there in one of the single seater only foam was there which is a manufacturing defect. Then I called Flipkart they said that on **th june our technician team will visit and problem will be resolved but there is no tech visit till now. Every time I call flip cart, talk to them * hr daily and they give me another date. One day their seller (Bharat lifestyle) called me and I send him photo and video of sofa but all in vain. I wasted my money and time both neither they are replacing sofa nor giving me refund...what to do I am fed up and frustrated with this Flipkart gesture.
Plz do the needful.
