I have ordered Haier *** L *star Frost Free double door refrigerator through Amazon on **-**-****.
I received a product on **-**-****, when service people arrived and opened pack, they asked me to check the product, when we checked we found major dented/ damaged at freezing door corner. I denied for demonstration of the product and I asked for replacement. I initiated replacement of product at Amazon and they dragged my *-* day and they agreed for refund rather than replacement. I was waiting till yesterday **-**-**** last day from purchase.
Till now no one turned up to pick the product from my home.
Hence u am submitting a complaint to get my refund of INR *****.
Kindly do the needfull
