I have ordered a product on flipkart ..which i received in bad quality and wanted to replace it ..but they are not replacing ...when asked for returned ..they are just offering one mode of refund...if a customer doenot have that..it is loss for them ...i requested for other ..but not accepting..if this was the condition why they didn't displayed before...i have read return policy before this is was not mentioned ..and now they are saying all this..firstly product damged and now all this conditions...really disgusting...
