Had ordered Hafele Klara Kitchen Machine Multifuncrtional blender from tata cliq online on **th November ****.We received the product on *th december but an important part of the product was broken.We immediately applied for the return pick up.Inspite of repeated follow up and following all the return policy Tata Cliq is not taking the product back.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
