Samsung - Damaged Product Delivered

AKHIL MAHESH filed complaint against Samsung on Oct 8, 2020

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy M** through Samsung Shop App on **.**.**** and got product delivered on **.**.****. But while opened the box it seems the product was damaged or already used, there is heavy scratches on the back case of the phone.

Regarding this I contacted the Samsung support team through phone and mail, on the same date which the product was delivered (**.**.****). I have given all the details and snapshots which they were asked to proceed further on **.**.****. But after that no updation from their side. Each and every day I am calling Samsung support team and asking for updates. There is no proper response from the samsung support team and the solution for the issue also delaying day by day.
