Agarwal Packers And Movers Drs - Damaged product delivered

We shipped **" Led tv (Rs. *****) through Agarwal packers and movers Drs Group. They committed they will deliver the product with the packaging of wooden boxes. But, when the product was delivered there, was no wooden box and the tv is damaged. We denied to accept the consignment and the head office people called and told to accept the consignment and they will process the claim of the tv repair cost that was Rs. ***** + mechanic visit cost ****. But after some days they became very silent and they told us we don't have any insurance so they don't do anything. But we were not offered any kind of insurance. The term insurance is used by them when the product is damaged completely.
