Agarwal Packers And Movers Drs - Damage to Property

My car was to be transported from ** feb ** from Gurgaon office(godown) of DRS branch of Agarwal packers and movers to Dinjan i.e my place of work, so I handed over my car on ** feb ** to the person working there. However my car reached dibrugarh on ** March ** in a damaged state from many places. I was promised the safety of my car and number of days told to me were **-**. It took a month for my vehicle to reach here and that too damaged. Moreover it was driven extra by more than *** kms against the number of kms it was handed over at. There is no record of those extra kms which it has been driven for and I am not aware whether it has been used for any illegal purpose or not. The working officials of Agarwal packers and movers kept harassing me and be fooling for all those days. This is the case of breach of trust, fraud and damage to property. I could not go to office because of non-availability of my vehicle. However I was told by them that my car was loaded on * Mar **. My car which has been used and damaged, was very dirty and full of dust and dirt both inside and outside. The car model is Honda Accord.
