Pushpraj chaudhary filed complaint against Amazon Online Shoping on May 19, 2019
I ordered *** GB wd hard drive from Amazon on * April and delivered it on * April. It has ** months warranty but it is damaged in only * month and Amazon doesn't accept this. Amazon customer care said that you can exchange this from wd service centre but wd customer care says that your product is out of warranty. Amazon sells me the second-hand hard drive and doesn't refund or replace. Please help me. My order no. ***-*******-*******.
