Myntra and retail partner shreyash retail pvt lmt delivered internally damaged lifelong wireless straightener and is not accepting return request. “internal damage is not a damage” is the response I received. They asked to contact lifelong customer service for repair and lifelong asks to contact myntra for return. Since, I have ordered product via myntra and since myntra delivered product that doesn’t work, myntra is responsible for the refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
