Amazon - Damaged Product Delivered

I ordered "Wonderland Foods (Device) Dry Fruits Combo Almond ***g, Cashew ***g, Pista ***g, Raisin ***g, Walnut Kernel ***g - ****g (Jar)" from amazon (Order Id - ***-*******-*******) and paid Rs. ****. I received damaged items and also of very poor quality. I immediately raised the issue with amazon upon receiving the product. You can check the timings of filing complain and delivery and will find no minor difference. Still when I raised the complain, amazon raised an investigation and informed me that they delivered the product right. I want to know how you did the investigation and reached this absolutely trashy conclusion. Amazon blamed me for damaged product and refused to provide satisfactory response.
