Hi,
I ordered a microwave oven from TataCliq recently. The packaging I received was damaged. When I opened the packaged I found the microwave was dented from the side of the damaged area. I raised a complaint about the same and the customer care rejected the return/replacement request saying that I was not supposed to open the package. However, the return policy link is not accessible when I try to open it. How would a customer know if there is any such policy or not if the link is not accible? Raising the complaint again and again the reply is the same. Which return policy are they referring to? I am not able to access the policy page how would I accept it? I am such with the dented product to use and TataCliq doesn't care about it. The machine is working as checked by the technician upon installation, however why should I suffer? I've paid the full amount and I need a proper dent/scrach free product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
