On **rd jun **** I bought an Split LG Air Condition Model No RS-Q**ENXE from online brand store, invoice is attcahed in this email & It was delivered at my address ** Jun **** In Noid aAfter * days installtion guy came & he reported that indore unit was damaged after that i have registered a complaint by calling on LGcustomer care
and also emailed video of damaged part to email id serviceindia@lge.com.
